What we do

- We will show you how to break down an animal into primal cuts
- Skinning
- This is Subject to situation but we are working on a way to get an animal fresh so that we can show the gutting process as well!
- We will be mincing, making sausages/kebana and cooking ribs over the fire etc so fresh game meat will be eaten during the course
- Knife sharpening
- Many tips and tricks when it comes to butchering
- Firearm safety
- Shot placement
- What calibers are best for what animals
- Mounting Accessories and Scopes
- Sighting in a rifle
- Firearm maintenance
- Basically anything you want to know about firearms, John is your man

What you'll need to bring
These are two day courses, meals and drinks provided, you will need to bring;
- Sleeping arrangements
- Camp chairs
- Alcohol for around the fire
- Boots
- Hats
- Water Bottles
- Binoculars
- Firearms and Ammunition (if you don't have these we will have a firearm for you to shoot)
- Knives to process a game animal (we have knives if you don't)
PS. We won't be doing any hunting, a game animal will be taken by us the day before the course
