4.PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS

Nature’s Perks reserves the right to conduct promotional giveaways from time to time. These draws are subject to the following conditions and rules. User’s will receive free entries upon choosing a subscription plan and may purchase giveaway entries through our website. For those wishing to increase their chances of winning, we offer special discounts when purchasing ticket packages, facilitating more economical and convenient participation. Once all available tickets have been sold, the live drawing will be conducted. Nature’s Perks will notify all participants of the exact date and time of the drawing, as well as the medium through which it will take place, either through a live stream on our digital platforms, social media or any other channel deemed appropriate. Interested users can reserve their spot for these hunts through our website. It is essential that all participants have SSAA liability insurance or an appropriate equivalent prior to participation. 7. PAYMENTS

Nature’s Perks offers different payment methods for the purchase of entries, courses and hunts. Tickets for promotional giveaways are purchased through a third-party website collector or third-party payment processor, which ensures the protection and confidentiality of users’ financial data. Nature’s Perks does not store credit or debit card information, as this data is handled by the third-party payment processor. Payments for hunting courses and hunts are made by direct bank transfer. Nature’s Perks is not responsible for any failure to meet our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, logistical problems, or any other force majeure events. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify any sweepstakes, course or hunt in such circumstances, and will notify participants as soon as possible.
